I have been asked by many people why I have chosen to give away prizes as part of my sites launch. The simple answer is the obvious one: Traffic. I wanted to do everything possible to get the sleekgeek name out there and drive traffic to the site. I am not looking to make money from advertising dollars or anything like that, I just simply want to create a community for fellow gadget enthusiast like myself to comment on the latest cool stuff. Now, here is the catch.... If your reading this post I would like to challenge you to look beyond the prize postings and see if you like the other content as well. If the answer is yes, I would like to ask for your help in referring others to the site who might find the content interesting as well. I am committed to continually improving the site and I welcome any and all feedback on what others would like to see on this site.
